On the gateway to heaven…

The story goes that the ancient Egyptians believed they would be asked two questions on the gateway to heaven. The questions are:

Did you experience joy?

Did you bring joy to others?

I found these two questions very interesting. The questions are relevant in all contexts, including professional ones.

In this new year, 2023, may we experience enough joy in whatever we do, and may we spread joy to others.
